Seven Sisters - Pleiades Star Cluster

Delicate blue nebulosity illuminates the Seven Sisters

A 70-minute deep-space capture of M45 (Pleiades) star cluster, photographed at Henry W. Coe State Park under Bortle 4 skies. Tough night with 3 hours of failed attempts at polar alignment and a missed target, but ended by swinging over to the Pleiades and capturing 35 subs. Processing brought out the delicate blue nebulosity surrounding the Seven Sisters — not the night I planned, but one I'll remember.
